Unless otherwise specified or requested, your book(s) will be mailed with tracking number, via USPS priority mail and insured.
Return & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact me immediately upon receipt via email (email@example.com) to report your reason for return.
You have to return the book within 7 (seven) calendar days of your receipt. The book must be undamaged in any way. This includes un-creased spine (unopened book).
After we receive your item, it will be inspected. If it is in the same condition it was originally mailed, we process your refund.
We do not refund return shipping.
Please note: Your book will be mailed with tracking number, via USPS priority mail and insured. Any damage caused in transit will be insured by USPS and buyer needs to take steps with USPS to process their claim.
If you ordered a dedicated (personalized) book, you are not eligible for a refund, unless dedication is different than what was requested.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 (seven) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
